Throughout my corporate career, I’ve been passionate about guiding clients in distressing situations through options, helping them uncover optimal solutions, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their future. Coaching comes naturally to me—I use my experience and skills to help clients educate themselves on business ownership as a potential path to achieving their ILWE (Income, Lifestyle, Wealth & Equity) goals.
During the process of selling my independent business, I was first introduced to The Entrepreneur’s Source® (TES) by coincidence, through an active client—who later became a valued friend—and subsequently through the buyer’s completion of the purchase. Through the experience, I realized the broker I was working with didn’t fully understand my business model or the ideal buyer profile. After the sale was finalized, the new owner quickly became overwhelmed and even asked to reverse the transaction just a few days later. I couldn’t stand by and watch him lose his investment—or see the business I built with my own hard work and dedication fail. I stepped in to find him a buyer; I could identify a better-suited buyer and ensure the transition was handled properly. Six years later, that business continues to thrive under the new ownership, a powerful reminder of the importance of aligning the right opportunity with the right individuals ILWE goals. That experience reaffirmed what I already knew about myself: I love helping people discover the best solution for their unique situation and guiding them toward the path that aligns with their goals.
Today, as a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source® , I’m privileged to do exactly that—helping clients through gain clarity, confidence, and control as they explore what’s possible for their career, family, and future.
